IDEAology

IDEAology is a company that helps organizations change and evolve through their ability to propel progress using dynamic strategies in a constantly shifting corporate world. A few obstacles that the design faced were: the shifting employee demographic, staying innovative and fun, keeping some social hierarchy, supporting future growth, and the company’s ability to attain and retain high-value employees. The design team decided to push the idea of work and play to break the standard office hierarchy, create a fun and inviting atmosphere, and provide restorative spaces.
